Insurance Requirements
1. A current / active full coverage insurance policy (Comprehensive and Collision and at least the State Minimum Liability) is required to rent a vehicle.
2. Additionally, where Third Party Insurance Coverage is applicable, we offer a choice of Collision protection for purchase if renter already has liability LIABILITY.
The insurance we sell is secondary insurance. If guests get into an accident their insurance will act as the primary. Our insurance is ONLY for the rental vehicle.
Business Rental:
If it is a business renting a vehicle, the business must add the vehicle being rented to the policy. Proof of coverage for the company and all of its employees/ contractors must be sent before rental. This coverage must include comprehensive and collision covering the rental vehicle while business owner or any employee/ contractor is driving. It must also cover any vehicle/ property damage in case of any accident.
Deposit Policy
A $250-500 deposit will be requested from you prior to confirming your rental and will be held on your credit/debit card until the return of the rental vehicle. Deposit will be released after the return of the rental vehicle less any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement).
Privacy Policy
Car Delivery
We offer Car Delivery of the rental vehicle directly to the airport terminal parking, your office, hotel or residence. Select “Car Delivery” from Optional Charges.
Re-Fueling Policy
Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If renter does not fill/ charge up the vehicle to the level it was given they will be charged 2x the price of gas/ electricity.
Car Return
We offer Car Pick-up of the rental vehicle directly from the airport terminal parking, your office, hotel or residence. Select “Car Return” from Optional Charges.
Guest No Show
If the guest does not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.
Re-Fueling Policy
Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
There are no cancellation fees for reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Any cancelations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of reservation total.
One-Way Rentals
We do not allow one way rentals for any of our vehicles.
After Hours Car Pick-up or Drop-Off
Our Business Hours are Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 17:00. We accommodate rentals after normal business hours for a nominal fee.
Miles
For every vehicle we allow 100-200 free miles per day. Any miles after that will be charged at $.625 per mile.
Insurance Deductible
If guest has insurance deductable over $2,500 , we will require them to purchase our insurance.
