Terms and Conditions for Rideshare Driver Bookings

By booking a vehicle under our rideshare driver program with the 1-week free promotion, you agree to a 3-month contract. During this period, you can choose between weekly or monthly payments. Monthly payments come with a 12.5% discount compared to weekly payments.

Payment Options

  1. Weekly Payments:

    • Tesla Model 3: $400 per week

    • Tesla Model Y: $450 per week

    • Toyota Prius: $300 per week

  2. Monthly Payments (12.5% Discount):

    • Tesla Model 3: $1,400 per month (compared to $1,600 for 4 weeks)

    • Tesla Model Y: $1,500 per month (compared to $1,800 for 4 weeks)

    • Toyota Prius: $1,000 per month (compared to $1,200 for 4 weeks)

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made on time. A late fee of 20% will be applied after 24 hours. If payment is not made within 48 hours, the vehicle will be repossessed.

  • Payments can be made weekly or monthly, as per your selected plan.

Mileage and Maintenance

  • Unlimited Miles: Drive as much as you need without worrying about mileage limits.

  • Standard Maintenance: We cover standard maintenance costs, including oil changes and tires (except for damages caused by user negligence, such as running over a nail).

Additional Costs

  • Fuel/Electricity: Drivers are responsible for fuel and electric charges.

  • Fees:

    • Smoking in the vehicle: $350

    • Cleaning Fee: $200

    • Return Charges:

      • Over 80% charge: No charge

      • 50%-80% charge: $25

      • Under 50% charge: $50

    • Low Gas: $8 per gallon

Insurance and Damage

  • Insurance: Drivers must have a valid insurance policy that includes the rented vehicle.

  • Damage Responsibility: Drivers are responsible for any damages to the vehicle not covered by standard maintenance.
